Very nice! But how do you get rid of smudges, extra lines, etc. I select it with the magic wand tool in SAI, and when it's selected, and I go to erase the extra dark coloring (from the lighting, background, etc.), it erases some of the the lineart, and it just looks bad
Oh, My, Friggn' GOODNESS, This tut was a GODSEND for me I've been trying to figure out a way of coloring my pencil art on computer, but it always wound up being hard and complicated &-- it was just a mess. thank you for saving my sanity!! here's a cookie
So, often times, when you scan a picture, it's completely opaque, including all the white space. When you use the multiply setting on that layer, it'll be "see through" and all the colours you put underneath the lineart will show through.
